1st - Send us an email Contact Coldwater Collectibles and indicate which item(s) you're interested in and also include the mailing address where the item(s) will be shipped and a phone number.

2nd - We will return your email as promptly as possible and will confirm the availability of the item(s). We will also provide you with the total cost including shipping, insurance, credit card handling fees, and sales tax (MI residents only).

3rd - Determine your method of payment.

• On-Line Credit Card (see below) - package is normally shipped within 2 business days
• Postal or Bank Money Order - package is normally shipped within 2 business days
• Cashier's Check - package is normally shipped within 2 business days
• Personal Check - may result in a short shipping delay

International Credit Card Payments
All international purchases must be made by one of the following methods:

• International Postal Money Order
• Online by credit card via PayPal - (a 5% handling fee will added to the total)
• Direct bank-wire tranfser - (a $30 processing fee will apply)

International buyers must be registered with PayPal to pay by credit card. To register, simply click on the PayPal logo and follow the instructions. Once international buyers are registered, your credit card payment must be made directly from the PayPal web-site. Simply log-in to PayPal and click on send money. Also, please do not ask us to falsify shipping documents by undervaluing the item being purchased or asking that it be sent as a "gift".

Rods, reels and miscellany are carefully packaged and normally shipped via insured Fed-Ex Ground with tracking or insured USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation at our discretion. Books are are normally shipped via USPS Media Mail. Shipping rates effective January 1, 2009 for shipments throughout the USA are listed below.

• TOTAL IS OVER $500...................................... - Calculated at the time of sale
• INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS....................... - Calculated at the time of sale
• PURCHASE OF MULTIPLE ITEMS................ - Calculated at the time of sale

Books, Catalogs & Miscellany
Shipping costs for all books/catalogs and miscellany will be calculated at the time of sale

Your item will be carefully packaged to minimize movement during shipping. However, Coldwater Collectibles is not responsible for damage or lost items. Shipping insurance will be included in the final cost of the item (unless otherwise agreed upon). In the case of a damaged or lost item (and assuming that insurance was purchased), Coldwater Collectibles will attempt to facilitate the claim process with the shipper. However, all claims are subject to the shipper's rules and procedures and may result in a delay in issuing your refund.

Coldwater Collectibles extends a 3-day inspection period on all items and will issue a full refund (minus all shipping/insurance charges) if you're not completely satisfied as long as the item is returned in its original condition. Since many of the items being offered are on consignment, notification of all returns must be made within the 3-day inspection period. We are very flexible with this as long as the need for an extended inspection period is communicated to us BEFORE the item is shipped to you. It is expected that all items being returned will be properly packaged to minimize movement of the item during transit and that the package will be insured for the full purchase amount. Failure to follow the refund policy may result in a delay and/or reduction in the amount of your refund.
